What could cause this pain?

Right below where my rib cage makes an upside down V, http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.daviddarling.info/images/rib-cage.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.daviddarling.info/encyclopedia/R/rib-cage.html&h=299&w=400&sz=27&hl=en&start=2&um=1&tbnid=2NJCzLnVEP0yNM:&tbnh=93&tbnw=124&prev=/images%3Fq%3Drib%2Bcage%2Bwith%2Borgans%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Dactive%26sa%3DG (picture if needed), I get this sharp, cramping pain, every night to a couple nights a week. I have had a lot of blood tests lately so most likely it would have shown up if it was a problem that could/can be tested for with a blood test. (These blood test however were not for this.) It is slightly towards the left side of my body (opposite of gallbladder) and sometimes radiates under my left breast and down the left, middle, and side of my torso. It always stops before the hip. The weirdest thing is that it only happens at night. Any idea what this could be?
